Synopsis

“The Power of Water” follows the story of Bob King, an entrepreneur based in New Hampshire, whose life’s work has been rehabilitating old, abandoned dams to produce clean energy.

Along the way, the film explores the history of hydropower in New England, the ongoing transition away from dirty fossil energy, the importance of land conservation, and how we all can be part of the solution as we face these challenges together.

Matthew Myer Boulton is an author, teacher and filmmaker. A graduate of Northwestern University, Harvard Divinity School, and the University of Chicago Divinity School, he has served on the faculty of Harvard Divinity School and seminaries in New England and the Midwest.

He is currently the Creative Director and Producer at SALT, an award winning, not-for-profit production company dedicated to the craft of visual storytelling.
